✰ You cannot refund. Once a purchase is made, it is made. Don't come in my DMS about refunds. If you cancel your payment, you will get banned from buying my avatars ever again.

✰ You cannot give this model out for free in any circumstance nor share the files anywhere.

✰ You can NOT take parts of your commissioned avatar and use it for your own models. You need to buy them from the original creators

✰ If you want to buy for someone or gift this avatar to someone, you need to either DM me about it or enter their information instead of yours (Discord Tag, VRChat name, Email).

✰ Private model only! DO NOT MAKE IT PUBLIC PLS. Some assests cannot be public by TOS. (I reserve the right to report your world or the avatar itself if I find it)

✰ Do not sell the IP to this content.

✰ ECHECKS AND PAYPAL are not accepted, even if you beg, it's no.

✰ You are allowed to use this model for Streams/Tiktoks/others. Any platform with social media counts, just make sure to credit me if someone ask for the model !

✰ If you are unexperienced, please ask a friend to help you, I won't be able to help.

✰ Poiyomi Pro is not included in package, you need to buy them!

✰ You cannot take the base body or base head of this avatar, it is against TOS and copyright laws. If you want the bases, you will need to buy them from the original creator. All links are provided below.

✰ Do not edit and claim as your own nor resell your edit. I will ask you to take it down, legal action will be taken if you refuse to take it down.

✰ No sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory edit. If I see you wearing a version of my avatar with hateful signs or designs, I will report you. Please be nice to everyone!!

✰ Commissions must be made following every creators TOS. Some assets can and cannot be used and it is your responsibility to check those TOS before sending links of assets you want me to use.

✰ Commissions can take minimum a week to a month depending on the complexity, and I will not accept any rush or any nagging towards the time lapse between the different stages. You will be updated with WIP each time there is progress.

✰ I am not a robot nor a super human, mistakes happens to all of use. If you cannot understand that I have limits to what I do. please do not commission me.

✰. You cannot offer more to pass in front of the line. If your name is third on the list, your commission is the third I will do.
